Fee Structure & Policies

Admission

Admissions are offered at the beginning of each academic year.

  1. Parents are required to purchase the school prospectus and complete the registration form.
  2. A date for the admission test is provided, and students are expected to prepare according to the given syllabus.
  3. The list of selected students is displayed on the announced date.
  4. Parents of admitted students must complete the admission form and submit all required documents in proper order.
  5. The school reserves full authority regarding admissions, and the decision of the Admission Committee shall be considered final.
  6. Students remaining absent for 10 consecutive days without prior intimation will be removed from the school roll. In case of re-admission, a fee of Rs. 1000/- will be applicable.

Documents Checklist for Applicants

Applicants are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission:

  1. School Leaving Certificate / Previous Report Card / Fee Receipt
  2. 04 Passport-size Photographs with a white background
  3. 02 Photocopies of Father’s / Guardian’s National Identity Card
  4. 02 Photocopies of the Student’s B-Form

Fee Structure

  • Fee concessions are granted for one academic year only and will be renewed for the next year based on satisfactory academic performance.
  • Concessions may be withdrawn in cases of inappropriate behavior (by students or parents), poor academic results, or attendance below 75%.
  • Concession applies only to the monthly tuition fee; all other dues must be paid in full.
  • Students receiving a concession are expected to maintain good academic performance.
  • All fees must be paid on or before the 10th of each month.
  • Once deposited, dues are non-refundable.
  • A 10% annual increase in the monthly fee will be applicable.
  • A fine of Rs. 200/- will be charged if the fee card is misplaced.
  • Students with pending dues will not be allowed to sit for the annual examinations.

Examination Policy

  • Calculators are not permitted for Class I.
  • Leave applications during examinations due to illness must be accompanied by a medical certificate.
  • Students absent without prior intimation or a valid application during tests/exams may have their names struck off from the school roll.
  • Strict disciplinary action will be taken against students found using unfair means in examinations.
  • Students with less than 75% attendance will not be eligible to sit for final exams.
  • A student must secure at least 45% marks in all subjects to be promoted to the next class.
  • Students failing in more than two subjects will be detained in the same class.
  • No retake exams will be arranged for absentees without prior intimation; promotion will then be decided on the basis of monthly or mid-term exam results.
  • Any discrepancy in the result must be reported to the school through a written application within 3 days of result declaration.
