Admission
The admissions take place at the start of academic year.
• Parents purchase prospectus and fill out Registration form
• Admission Test date is given and students prepare according to the given syllabus
• The list of admitted students is displayed on the given date.
• The parent needs to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents mentioned on the form are in order.
• The school reserves the right to admissions. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the Admission Committee will be final.
• Students who will remain absent for 10 days without intimation, they will be struck off from school. In case of re-admission. Rs.1000/- would be charged.

Documents checklist for Applicant
• School leaving certificate / Previous report card/ Fee receipt
• Passport size photographs with white background (4)
• Copies of Father / Guardian National I.D card (2)

Fee Structure
• Fee concession applies only for one year while showing good result it will be applicable for the next year.
• Inappropriate behavior of students or parents, low grade results and less than 75% attendance will affect the concession in fee.
• Concession will be applicable on the monthly fee while other dues will be payable.
• Students who are getting concession must show good results.
• Fee must be paid before 10th of every month.
• Dues are not refundable once deposited.
• Monthly fee will be increased by 10% every year.
• 200/- rupees fine will be charged if fee card is misplaced.
• It is not allowed to sit in annual exams until dues are cleared.

Examination
• Calculator is not allowed for Class I.
• Leave application for sickness during examinations must be supported by a medical certificate.
• The names of students who remain absent without any prior information or application, during tests/ exams could be struck off from school.
• Strict disciplinary actions could be taken against students using unfair means in tests/exams.
• Students with less than 75 % of attendance would not be eligible to sit in the final exams.
• A student securing at least 45% in all subjects shall be promoted to the next class.
• A student failing in more than two subjects shall be detained in the same class.
• No retake exams will be taken if a student remains absent during exams without intimation. The promotion will be decided based on his/her last monthly/mid-term exam result.
• If any discrepancy is found in the result intimation, you may contact the school through an application within 3 days after the declaration of the result.
Fee Structure
– Fee must be paid before 10th of every month.
– Dues are not refundable once deposited.
– It is not allowed to sit in annual exams until dues are cleared.
– Fee concession for deserving students can applies only for one year in the month of May.
– Monthly fee will be increased by 10% every year.
– Low grade results and less than 75% attendance will affect the concession in fee.
– Concession will be applicable on the monthly fee while other dues will be payable.
– Rs. 100 as a fine will be charged if fee card is misplaced.
